Where we meet the standard, and where we currently do not.

This website
The site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. It uses semantic markup, keyboard-operable navigation with visible focus indicators, text that reflows to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, and colour contrast tested against the standard. Motion is minimal and reduced-motion preferences are respected.
The PDF manual
The PDF contains real selectable text throughout, a full three-level bookmark tree, and hyperlinked contents. Diagram labels are live text rather than rasterised images, so they can be selected and read at any zoom level.
Where we fall short
We would rather state this than imply a standard we have not met. The diagrams do not currently carry alternative text descriptions embedded in the PDF, which means a screen reader will read the labels but not a description of what the figure shows. The PDF is not yet tagged to PDF/UA. Several figures rely on colour to distinguish categories, and although labels are always present, the colour coding is an additional channel that not everyone will perceive.
What we are doing about it
Figure descriptions and PDF tagging are planned for the next revision, and buyers will receive it free.
